What You Will Need:

Windows 7 theme (download link in post)
WinRar, WinZip or 7 ZIP (ANY Extracting Program)
So first thing you will need is WinRar or any extracting program download the right version for you at Rarlab
Secondly download Windows 7 Style For Vista.
Once you've downloaded the style make a folder called Windows 7 Style and then extract the ZIP file into the folder named Windows 7 Style.
Now open up the Windows 7 style folder then open up a folder with the same name then open up a folder called Theme then open up a folder called Windows 7 then Click on the Windows 7 Visual Theme then when another Window comes up. Press Apply or Ok and then wait a few seconds and it will change your computer to look like Windows 7
Now you want to Right Click your taskbar and click Lock Taskbar because it will then Unlock it. Then right click where all the programs are on your taskbar and then look for view then click Large Icons and then your computer will look like a Fully Windows 7 operating Computer
